Plant Safety Inspections

Employers have a responsibility to ensure that all hazards associated with the use of plant including earthmoving machinery are identified, legislation relating to plant safety is implemented and that appropriate support strategies and management plans are adopted.

Our fully trained staff can conduct a documented risk assessment on all plant and equipment including Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP).

A full risk assessment is provided showing full mitigation strategies including arranging NDC testing and obtaining engineer’s reports ensuring full compliance to the OHS plant regulations in your State.

If you have plant that cuts, drills, punches or grinds, presses, forms, hammers, joins or moulds material; or combines, mixes, sorts, packages, assembles, knits or weaves  material, then employer must ensure that any risk associated with that plant is eliminated so far as is reasonably practicable.

 This requirement includes plant where these functions are incidental to the main purpose of the plant such as Earthmoving Equipment.
